The crazy train has stopped once again at my office.  I have too much work to do that apparently needs to be done yesterday.  But I’m going to Pilates anyways.  Work can wait for a few hours.

    Good for you, taking time out to do Pilates!! I have never done Pilates, but have a dvd I bought to try it, so I guess I should get it out and try it, huh?

    It’s a pretty complete workout, VIcki. The class I take at my gym uses the Reformer machine (which closely resembles a medieval torture rack) and for me it makes it “easier” to do the moves.

  6. I find pilates so HARD. I don’t think I have the core muscles it requires 🙂
